Straight dealing
A price we give is a price we honour. If a load is not for us we say so the same day rather than leaving it hanging.
About us
IgniteSoul Ltd buys, consolidates and redistributes consumer goods at wholesale scale. We work from Sofia, Bulgaria, and we trade across the European Union and international markets.

Our story
IgniteSoul Ltd began the way most useful trading businesses do — by solving a problem nobody else wanted. Brands, distributors and retailers were sitting on surplus they had already written down: packaging changes, cancelled programmes, seasonal overhang, end-of-line inventory taking up racking that newer stock needed.
Rather than picking through those loads for the easy lines, we built a business that takes the whole thing. That means being honest about pricing, being fast about deciding, and being properly capitalised so a supplier is paid on agreed terms rather than when the goods eventually sell on.
Today the same discipline runs in both directions. Buyers in our network get availability lists drawn from stock we own or hold a firm position on, priced per unit and per pallet, with freight quoted to their Incoterm.
Sofia headquarters
Our office sits at 13 George Washington St., Vazrazhdane district, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia is a deliberate choice rather than a convenience: Bulgaria is inside the EU single market and customs union, and it sits on the road corridors that connect Western Europe to the Balkans, Türkiye and the wider Middle East.
That position means a load leaving Rotterdam or Hamburg and a load leaving Istanbul are both routine for us, and it keeps consolidation costs sensible for buyers on either side.
International footprint
We buy and sell across the European Union and the United Kingdom, through the Balkans, into the Middle East and to buyers in North America. Trades are structured around EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP terms, settled in EUR, USD or GBP.
Freight is arranged through established forwarders rather than whoever is cheapest this week, because a container held at a border costs everyone far more than the saving.
Our values
Bulk trading runs on reputation. These are the four commitments we are judged against on every deal.
A price we give is a price we honour. If a load is not for us we say so the same day rather than leaving it hanging.
We price against what stock actually achieves in its destination market, not against a wishful list price.
Batch codes, expiry windows, marking and origin are checked at intake. We do not knowingly move stock that cannot be sold legitimately.
Every consignment ships with complete, accurate paperwork. Customs delays are expensive and entirely avoidable.
Compliance & documentation
Consumer goods crossing borders carry obligations, and we treat them as a condition of trading rather than an afterthought. Cosmetics are checked against EU labelling and responsible-person requirements. Electronics are checked for CE and UKCA marking, plug standards and required language packs. Food and household consumables are handled with lot traceability and clear date windows.
Commercially, every consignment leaves with a matching commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and — where applicable — certificates of origin and conformity. Sanctions and restricted-party screening is applied to counterparties before funds move. Where a load cannot be documented properly, we decline it.
We are not a compliance consultancy and we do not give legal advice. What we do offer is a counterparty that keeps its paperwork straight, so your customs broker, your auditor and your insurer have nothing to argue with.
